Since the beginning, the implementation of ICT and Information Systems has allowed to strengthen teaching and learning processes. Nowadays, however, it is globally accepted that each individual learns in a unique way and, in that sense, studies with approaches from the learning techniques are essential.
To solve these new problems, there are several applications of data mining techniques in the field of education. This allows to generate knowledge and contribute to the design of new contents and the study of personalized teaching techniques.
In this work, we present a model that allows to support decisions related to the design of contents through the use of Data Mining and Analytics techniques. In this case, we study the contents of Operational Research in the School of Engineering of the National University of Lomas de Zamora in Argentina.
