Methods for the construction of optimal designs in mixture problems are proposed in this work. The designs are robust against misspecified response functions in a minimax sense. Continuous and discrete designs are derived by using this approach for Scheffé canonical polynomial for binary and ternary blends. Several examples illustrate the performance of provided methodologies.
